■Managing/Approaching Existing Client
・Set up MTG with clients introduced from Japanese HQ, or get inquire from Seminar etc
・Understand client's demand deeply, and provide solution
・Negotiate, finalize the deal
*In the future, will try to make sales strategy, and find new clients by yourself

■Others
- Report to MD, HQ
- Attend MTG of Thai branch, and also attend ASEAN-wide MTG

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・At least 2 years experience in any field
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level (N1-N2. Very Important)

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Sales Experience (Prefer Solution Sales experience)
・Consulting experience (Prefer HR Consulting, or Strategy Consulting)
・Ever sell something to Japanese person in Japanese language(Big Advantage)
