- Find export markets and new customer groups
- Visit foreign customers and build relationships with foreign customers
- Suggest new products of the company and develop products according to customer needs and control it in accordance with the standards and laws of that country
- Contact and coordinate with foreign customers Relevant government agencies both domestically and abroad including company executives
- Calculate product costs Set selling prices and promotions to offer prices and drive sales
- Control expenses to be in line with the estimated budget.
- Follow up on customer payments according to payment terms.
- Prepare daily sales reports Monthly and quarterly sales including various reports to analyze strategies. Send to management
- Prepare sales estimates To calculate the required amount of RAW MATERIAL and PACKAGING METERIAL
- Check monthly production plan To keep up with customer needs and corresponds to the production capacity of both machinery and manpower.
- Take care and prepare SOLE DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT for foreign customers according to the company's policy and in accordance with the market conditions of that country, including supervising customers to comply with the agreements.
- Prepare and process the registration, renewal of the company's trademarks. in all foreign countries
- Summarize the KPIs of the export and delivery department to the human resources department.
- Receive issues Complaints and suggestions about food safety from customers and subordinates and carry out corrections and improvements according to the steps

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (Male is prefer) , age over 35 years old (Not over 40 years old)
- Bachelor's degree or higher Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of export experience
- Experience in communicating with foreign customers
- Have knowledge of export document formalities
- Experience in export documents
- Knowledge of export formalities and documents
- Knowledge of English: speaking, reading, and writing
- Knowledge of international trade
- Knowledge of international export documents
- Basic computer knowledge, ERP,
- Knowledge of food and systems ISO22000, Halal JAKIM. CICOT, MUI
- English language skills
