- Define marketing strategies
- Collaborate on marketing plans and execute them to meet established goals
- Develop the brand and explore new sales/marketing channels
- Implement sales and marketing activities, along with marketing communication tools, to drive sales towards target achievement
- Take responsibility for key projects assigned by the management (supervisors)
- Enhance team capability to improve work efficiency
- Seek out new channels and investors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female, aged not over 45
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field
- High responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Experience in franchising or selling industrial washers/dryers is a plus
- Proficient in computer use and basic software programs
- Honest, punctual, with good interpersonal skills and agility
- Able to communicate in English for coordination purposes
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Can drive and hold a valid driver's license
- Able to perform other tasks as assigned
- Immediate availability is a plus
