1. Manage the design and development of brand specific Visual Merchandising assets: Interior, décor, packaging & displays
2. Innovate with designs concepts and functionality in VM packages and displays, find creative practical solutions
3. Plan and conceptualize window display for company’s shops to promote and attract sales
4. Design functional AD Hoc displays and furniture fixtures, showcases for fairs and pop-up booths
5. Control the quality of packaging & displays according to company’s standard
6. Understand and align with the brands’ marketing and VM strategies
7. Collaborate extensively and demandingly with local and international suppliers
8. Control stock operations of packaging & display and ensure on-time availability
9. Complete projects and meet deadlines as planned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male / Female
2. Should have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
3. Good command of both written and spoken English
4. Have a practical, hands-on, problem solving and detail-oriented personality
5. Passion in working in Visual Merchandising and Interior Design
6. Be a quality-oriented person
7. Be familiar with trends, fabrics, display materials, availability, costs and supplier locations
8. Be familiar with lights, lighting technology, LED categories and showcase and display illumination
9. Ability to read and draw plans using Matrix or Rhino program, Illustrator and Photoshops
10. Have a professional and meticulous personality, attentive to detail
11. Have an artistic flair and out-of-box thinking
12. Be educated in VM Management, Interior Design or relevant field
13. Experienced with design software
14. Ability to work under pressure and complete projects on time
