As a senior level engineer, you will need to conduct the tasks below by yourself.

- Responsible for project management; planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the timeline and budget.
- Developing, configuring and implementing the customized ERP solution to serve business requirements.
- Performing unit testing, ERP training and technical support to end-users for ensuring the system functions as designed.
- Documenting ERP processes and system in order to prepare/maintain documents, Business Operation Process, document programming design and specification, system manual, user manual, etc. - Manage and maintain relationships with the customers and the third parties/partners. - Write programs and scripts for user interfaces and optimized functionalities and Program SQL, PL/SQL.
- Consult and analyze business processes to determine ERP needs.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless integration.
- Provide ERP training and technical support.
- Document ERP processes and systems
e.g., Business Operation Process, system manual.
- Visit client (Manufacturing company) and listen to their needs/requirements

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age 30-34 years old
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in ERP systems engineering, ERP software development, DevOps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Must have knowledge of DBMS (Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a must.
- Proven working experience as a project administrator
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills including positive attitude.

[Advantage if you have the following skills/profile]
- Working experience in Japanese company
- Understanding the manufacturing business; such as production plan, purchase order issuance, sales order issuance, costing, inventory, etc.
- GPA 3.0 or above
- TOEIC score 800+
