JOB DETAIL
- Manage office procurement, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office maintenance.
- Coordinate and support company events and volunteer activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Assist with general affairs duties, including purchasing office supplies, managing office equipment, and other related tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Prepare and manage visa documentation (if applicable).
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female, age 23-27 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or general affairs
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in visa document preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
