- Provide insights into the latest industry trends and solutions in the market for banks and securities companies.
- Lead service development to seek new opportunities in the banking industry and capital market in Southeast Asia
- Lead proposal development, managing end-to-end sales activities with support from the company's management team in Thailand and from the global banking and capital market team in regional offices
- Maintain relationships with business partners in developing proposals and conducting sales activities for any prospects
- Act as a project manager to define the work plan and budget for the entire project for banks and securities companies.
- Tailor project management methodology corresponding to different clients’ business contexts, cultures, and project characteristics.
- Manage budget, scope, timelines, quality, risks, issues, communication, team resources, and subcontractors across all streams for the entire project.
- Work collaboratively with the project steering committee, ensuring governance, communication lines, and proper escalation processes are in place.
- Gain trust from the client’s management and key persons through engagement management, ensuring the right balance between profitability and the client’s project goals.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
- 7+ years of work experience in the banking industry or capital market.
- 3-7+ years in a project manager role in digital transformation projects, operational improvement or process improvement projects, banking or capital market-related solution delivery, or IT implementation projects.
- Understanding of practical banking or capital market business processes and operations Experience in managing sales activities including proposal creation and presentation.
- Good relationship with management level in banks, securities companies, or other related companies in Thailand or other countries in SEA is a plus.
- Certificate in project management, finance, or other related programs is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)
- Excellent communication skills, being able to convey complex ideas to clients.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Good with MS Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexible in traveling both domestically and internationally.
- A passion for consulting and a real desire to work as a team.
