JOB DETAIL

• Generate sales revenue from Thailand, Singapore, EU/UK, Hong Kong, South Korea, and other markets to achieve the sales budget (Quantity & Sales Volume).
• Identify opportunities for market expansion. Formulate sales strategies and action plans to successfully expand business.
• Coordinate new product development (NPD) process to get the customer’s approval and proceed to the actual production.
• Collaborate with teams, including Production, Procurement, R&D, Storage, Export, etc. to deliver successful production and products that meet customers' requirements.
• Monitor production results carefully to ensure customer expectations are met. Provide solutions for an arising problem.
• Communicate with customers closely. Update shipment situations timely and inform the customers immediately if there is any problem.
• Manage in-depth industry research, updating and gathering market information to deliver valuable information to customers and negotiate with customers effectively. (Knowledge/information includes chicken market, ingredient situation, freight, exchange rate, etc.).
• Manage customer visits to the factory accordingly to expand business opportunities and make a good relationship with customers.
• Work under pressure and teamwork skill are required.
• Other tasks/projects assigned by Sales and Marketing Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experiences.
• Solid export sales experiences from food processing/manufacturing companies or any related industries.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Skilled at project management, reliable with a sense of ownership.
• Good relationship management and negotiation skills.
• PC literate.
