● Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing activities for the operational plan. Support diverse
needs of the Influencer Marketing and Social Media team as directed by the team leader.
● Plan and execute marketing budget aligned with the management team's direction.
● Support the sales team with marketing documents and create opportunities for online sales.
● Manage and deploy advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada,
LINE, TikTok, Line@, Website and various online media to maximize sales and customer base.
● Adjust advertising methods and marketing campaigns according to the situation, manage and
maintain Facebook accounts, advertisements, and business data.
● Report both direct and indirect issues that arise within the team's workflow in order to address
and solve problems together.
● Continuously study online marketing, competitors, and new tools to develop marketing strategies
and understand new advertising techniques.
● Analyze, measure, and summarize detailed ads statistics monthly to enhance and develop future
work.
● Daily report based on sales and expenditure.
● Collaborate with other departments related to marketing activities.
● Organize marketing activities that the internal team will execute through various marketing
channels.
● Define all marketing activities with numerical or metric indicators for tracking and evaluation to
improve performance.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Proven work experience as a Digital Strategist.
• A bachelor's degree in a marketing course.
• Hands-on e-commerce or online marketplace experience [TikTok Channel] is a must .
• Knowledge of Online Marketing, SEM and online Ads.
• Digital Marketing Experience.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
