【Main Duty】
・Service engineer support for existing clients
There are many clients in Thailand.

【Background】
They have many clients in Thailand and used to make business trips from Malaysia every time.
This company does not have an office in Thailand.
Therefore, you will be employed by a partner company.
They will manage you from Malaysia.
However, they sometimes come to Thailand for business trip.（Malaysian or Japanese）

【Job Description】
・New equipment setup tasks include confirming the installation positions of the camera and LED that make up our equipment, fine-tuning the camera's position, color, focus, etc., setting inspection parameters as requested by the user, and explaining the operation to the user.
・Daily response to user inquiries, which may involve phone, remote, or on-site visits, depending on the case.
・Daily handling of user complaints, which may involve phone, remote, or on-site visits, depending on the case.
・Users include film manufacturers, non-woven fabric manufacturers, gravure printing manufacturers, flexographic printing manufacturers, etc.
・User factories are located in places such as Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya, etc.
・The role involves an even split between office work and on-site duties.
・Office tasks will include document preparation, among other responsibilities.
・Support will be provided by Malaysian engineers, with several individuals making trips from Malaysia to Thailand each month, initially accompanying on-site as the main duty.

Report to Japanese MD（in Malaysia）

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
・Male or Female
・Age between 27 - 35 years old
・More than 5 years of work experience as a mechanical service engineer
・Intermediate Level of English 【TOEIC 700 UP】
・Can use MS office
・Must have Driver Licence and private car

【Advantage】
・Knowledge of programming.
・Mechanical knowledge (able to use CAD, etc.)
