JOB DETAIL

1) Establishes and monitors all the department actions in order to achieve the objectives of efficiency, quality and productivity.
2) Implements new processes, procedures, equipment and tools following the strategies defined by Engineering , Maintenance and Quality.
3) Installs lines for production, assuring process, equipment, health and safety, according to the project schedule.
4) Leads and coordinates with Quality Assurance for customer audits in the plant.
5) Product and process management.
6) Implementations maintenance procedures and programs to ensure excellent conditions and maximum utilization of all machinery and equipment.
7) Provides proper and well-coordinated training and projects to the team members as well as for people development.
8) Supports the overall Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs of the plant and being committed fully to the goals and objectives of 5S and other programs.
9) Drives the master plan deployment process to the ensures its effectiveness.
10) Summarize production monthly report to management.
11) Other assignments by plant operation general managers.
12) To enhancing save energy management (issue CSR-III-5 Environment of 3R
13) Promote environment protection activities (Issue CSR-3 water, soil, air)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male 40-50 years old up
Bachelor ‘s Degree in engineer or related field
At least 10 years up of experience in Production in Automotive industry
Good command of English, Japanese would be an advantage.
Have experience in Production Manager direct 10 Year UP
Can control the Subordinate around 130+ person
Have Management skill (4M)
Able Machining CNC
Able Automotive (PLC) Displacement Sensor
Able Tools & Cutting Tools
Able New model / Project (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, PSW, etc.)
