JOB DETAIL

• Prepare documentation for New Model projects (APQP, Process Flow Chart, P-FMEA, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Collaborate with customers and relevant departments for New Model development.
• Report New Model details to the supervisor.
• Plan and monitor the progress of tasks until mass production starts for the new automotive part.
• Conduct trials for New Models and summarize the results.
• Perform time and capacity evaluations.
• Support company activities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age not 25-30 years
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience.
• Experience with New Model development in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Capable of working on the production line alongside line workers.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Humble, kind-hearted, and positive.
• Able to work in environments with heat, and the smell of rubber, paint, and glue.
