• Provide information and participate in formulating policies on sugar and electricity production to ensure the production process is highly efficient.
• Prepare, plan, and control the production process to align with executive goals and policies, achieving maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate in structuring and staffing the production department to support and respond effectively to business objectives.
• Participate in strategic planning for production to align with business direction.
• Set guidelines to support the implementation of production policies and strategies.
• Manage the work and personnel of the production department, promoting continuous capacity development of personnel.
• Evaluate the performance of employees in the department and plan personnel development to ensure appropriate capabilities for the tasks.
• Inspect data, reports, performance outcomes, and related impacts of the department’s operations, summarizing and compiling useful information for presentation to supervisors.
• Promote continuous development of the production department's systems.
• Oversee the preparation and efficient use of the production department's budget.
• Supervise the preparation and continuous updating of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production department.
• Participate in creating succession plans, act as a coach, and develop successors for key positions within the department.
• Attend meetings to present operational results and propose sugar and electricity production activities to the factory department meetings.
• Comply with various management systems and standards implemented within the company.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age 40-50 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of work experience in Production line and Manager level
• Experience food manufacturing company or industry
• Knowledge of computer programs.
• Knowledge of ERP systems related to the work.
• Knowledge of the company’s various management systems and standards.
• Workplace safety in laboratories.
• Safety officer at the supervisory/management level (supervisory/management safety officer).
• Communication and presentation skills
