• Improve the quality system and work processes.
• Analyze, improve, and establish problem-solving approaches.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, age not exceeding 40 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Work experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Responsible in all aspects of their work.
• Positive energy, honest, sincere, and trustworthy.
• Good communicator with teamwork skills.
• Able to control emotions, respecting everyone without discrimination.
• Continuously self-improving and learning new things.
• Leadership qualities, able to work under pressure.
• Capable of working in heat, and with the smell of rubber, paint, and glue.
