[Main job description]
You will be responsible for consulting services and market research related to M&A and joint venture establishment in Thailand.
Most clients are Southeast Asian and Japanese companies, and company provides expert advice on M&A, joint ventures, financing, etc.

[Other job details]
・Strategic advice regarding client's overseas business (expansion/business development)
・Providing information on potential M&A targets and joint venture partners
・Advice on structure, transaction price, negotiation of terms, etc.
・PMI support (attending board meetings as PMO, appointing officers, etc.), etc.
・You will be responsible for advisory services such as M&A and joint venture formation.
・Specific work assignments may change depending on experience and ability.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
-Business Level of English (*Must have TOEIC 850 up)
-Must have knowledge about accounting
-Must be highly motivated in M&A advisory business
-Experience at investment bank or M&A advisory firms before

【Prefer】
-Japanese Skill (N2 or N1)
-International M&A advisory experience
