JOB DETAIL

Product: Aerosol Valves ,Aerosol Accessories ,Sprayer pumps, Dispenser pumps.
Main Client: Domestic Client
1. Receive order from Overseas and Domestic Customers.
- Input detail order into system.
- Order product to our factory.
- Manage, monitor and adjust shipment.
- Arrange and prepare shipment included booking shipment. (Air, Sea, etc.)
- Prepare shipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc.
2. Coordinate with customer both Overseas and Domestic.
- Manage backlog balance of each customer.
- Manage and control forecast from customer.
- Follow and feedback of delivery schedule.
- Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems.
- Control payment received of customer and follow up overdue payment.
3. Coordinate with factory and other department.
- Follow up delivery plan.
- Instruct shipment.
- Share necessary information.
- Process billing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 23-30 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience as sales coordinator (Import & Export) from trading company.
4. Intermediate level of English. (If able to speak Japanese is an advanatage).
5. Able to work on 1 Saturday/Month (Depends on company's calendar and can be negotiated between team members)
6. Able to work from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
NOTE: Driver and company's car will be provided when visiting client.
