● Male/Female, Age between 30 - 40 years old.
● Education: A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
● Experience: over 5 years of experience in Production with a supervisory or managerial role.
● Experience working in the Manufacturing industry.
