・Attendance management
・Payroll and Provident Fund calculation, preparation, and submission
・Recruitment, hiring, training, and onboarding/offboarding procedures
・Management of internal and external facilities (air conditioning, buildings, various alarm systems, etc.)
・Security management
・Welfare benefits and company regulations
・Office equipment and supplies management
・Management of drivers, vehicles, songthaew (local vehicle), and housekeepers
・Occupational health and safety management
・Other duties as assigned by the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 35 - 40 years old
・More than 8 years of GA and HR work experience
・Lower Intermediate Level of English
・No Job hopper

・Safety Officer Advanced Technical Level or Safety Officer Management Level Certification
・Can start work immediate
・Work experience in Japanese companies
・Can speak Japanese
・Experience working in a factory
・Experience working in an HR position with 100 people
