JOB DETAIL

Direct Subordinate: 4-5 staffs
1. Lead the finance department in the preparation of monthly management reports, annual statutory financial statements, various tax returns and etc.
2, Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
3. Internal Controls - Maintain proper financial controls which includes among others, reconciliations with
proper audit trail. Ensure regulations and standards being followed.
4. Forecasting and Budgeting – work with management team on periodic forecasting and budgeting.
(Cash flow, Foreign Exchange etc,).
5. Analyse current financial performance, actual versus budget and prior year data.
6. Assists Operations team in Monthly Operations Review. Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
7. Supervise a financial and accounting operating team of 2 members and manage delegation of
authority.
8. General Accounting - responsible for performing the day- to-day general ledger accounting, closing and
financial reporting and analysis.
9. Credit and Collection processes – credit control, collection and cash application
10. Accounts Payable processes – accounting, making payments
11. Others – work with relevant stakeholders (Company Secretary, External and Internal Auditors, Bankers,
Lawyers, Tax authorities, etc.) and other priorities as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 35-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or related field.
3. Minimum 10 years of overall experience in accounting and financial field. *Prefer candidate from heavy machinery industry or manufacturing company in similar business/contruction field.
4. Minimum 2 years in management level with subordinate.
5. Intermediate level of English. (To communicate with Regional Mananagement Team in Sigapore)
6. Proficient in ERP/SAP system is preferred.
