JOB DETAIL
Job Description:
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Ensure job descriptions and regulations are up to date and compliant with all local, government, and global
• Exercise disciplinary action on employees who violate the rules or policies of the company.
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
• Calculate Personal Income Tax for Expatriates. (TAX ON TAX)
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Conduct performance and salary reviews
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
• Design and implement employee retention strategies, and engage employee
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female, Age 40-45 years up
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in overall HR&GA management role
- Knowledge and experience in labor laws, Employee welfare and benefits system, and Employee relation
ability to get organized. This includes strong time management skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently.• - Good command of communication in English, reading, and write
- Good communication, High emotional intelligence, Prioritizing & Fast learner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good command of computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Well organized, handle multi-tasks on time
