JOB DETAIL
• HR Strategy & Planning: Align HR strategies with company goals; provide insights on organizational development.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding; attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations & Performance: Foster a positive culture; manage performance appraisals; handle conflicts fairly.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, design competitive compensation, and benefits programs; ensure compliance.
• Learning & Development: Identify training needs; implement programs for skills and career growth.
• HR Operations & Administration: Ensure efficient HR operations, manage records, policies, and visa processes.
• Compliance & Legal: Maintain compliance with labor laws; update HR policies; oversee health and safety.
• Organizational Development: Lead improvements in structure and processes; drive change management.
• Employee Engagement & Retention: Boost engagement; conduct surveys; develop retention programs.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male or female, age 40-50 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in HRM and HRD, with a solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, innovative, and able to drive change.
• Experience with HR systems and technology.
