JOB DETAIL

-Preparing and submitting BOI application documents for new plant set-up.
-Liaising with BOI officials to facilitate the approval process.
-Ensuring all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
-Ensuring compliance with all BOI regulations and requirements.
-Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to BOI incentives.
-Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the BOI as required.
-Incentive Management
-Managing and maximizing BOI incentives, including tax privileges and import duty exemptions.
-Monitoring and tracking the utilization of BOI incentives to ensure compliance and maximize benefits.
-Acting as the primary point of contact between the company and the BOI office.
-Communicating regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on BOI-related matters.
-Providing guidance and support to departments involved in the plant set-up regarding BOI regulations and benefits.
-Coordinating with project teams to ensure BOI requirements are integrated into the plant set-up process.
-Assisting in resolving any issues related to BOI compliance that may arise during the plant set-up.
-Conducting training sessions for staff on BOI regulations and compliance requirements.
-Promoting awareness of BOI incentives and their benefits within the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any Gender Thai, age 30 - 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BOI management, compliance, or a related role.
• Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of BOI regulations and incentives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
