• Manage, direct & monitor the overall performance of Yard, CBU's Inbound, Stock & Outbound including Accessory operation.
• Manage, direct & monitor all operations to operate under customs regulation, law customer's conditions & company rules
• Control the operations and subordinates to meet Dept. and company KPIs and targets.
• Analyze, maintain, and Improve mechanisms for MP, CBU and Accessory Operation to more efficiency operations.
• Control & Improve subordinates ‘performance to always meet and fulfil customer requirement.
• Assist in the new project/ current projects development that concerned to MP management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 37-45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Have 10 years of experience or more in Motorpool Management, Yard Management, Automotive Logistics, Vehicle Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse.
• Have know-how in Yard management, Logistics & Warehouse/similar fields.
• Have Management Skills, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
• Good in Excel function and MS Office.
• Good communication and presentation in English.
• Hard work, Endurance, and working under pressure.
• Able to work overtime and can travel to other branches.
• Able to commute to work at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate Chonburi.
• Experience in Motorpool Management or Yard Management will be an advantage.
