IE responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the successful implementation of new models. Key responsibilities include:

-Conducting process trials for new models to identify potential issues and develop solutions
-Designing efficient process flows that maximize productivity and minimize waste
-Developing optimal machine layouts to streamline material flow and reduce bottlenecks
-Creating specialized tooling and jigs to support and enhance manufacturing processes
-Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment
-Continuously improving existing processes to increase quality, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance
-Performing line balancing to ensure an even distribution of workload and smooth production flow
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to drive continuous improvement initiatives

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male is preferred, Age between 25-40 years.
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
-At least 1 year of engineering experience in a factory / New Model / Process Improvement / Process Design
-Excellent English skills in speaking, reading, and writing (Required)
-Knowledge of IATF16949:2016 quality requirements
-Proficient in using MS Office
