-Contact to build good relationships with customers and business partners. Coordinate, negotiate and close sales with customers to meet the goals set by the company.
-Present and recommend products to suit customer needs. In order to gain satisfaction in both product and service quality.
-Follow up on payments between customers and the company. Retaining old customers by creating strategies to retain old customers.
-Both pricing strategies Customer Relations or other sales strategies To maintain sales targets of old customers
-Visiting customers According to the plan set by the company and leading to the preparation of reports to create sales and customer relations strategies.
-Contact foreign sales Export
-Contact production work
-Collaborate in creating annual sales plans with supervisors to lead to maximum sales and profits back to the company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female-Male, age 25-45 years.
-Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher Science field Chemical/Industrial Chemistry or related fields
-Work experience in related professions/industries
-Ability to sell related to the Latex/Chemical business or industry.
-Ability to solve problems and make decisions
-Financial knowledge and related laws
-Able to communicate in English very well
-Effective negotiation/communication ability.
-Ability to plan and manage sales Has knowledge in preparing information on competitors in the company's industry. and planning to increase market share and compete in the industry
-Ability to coordinate with customers and sales teams. Communication and negotiation skills Able to prepare sales reports to present and improve plans. Responsibility for the public and providing support in personnel development according to the company's goals.
