1. Electronic manufacturing processes, including PCBA SMT process and backend assembly process, etc.
2. Involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including DFM and DFT.
3. Work with RD/Customer teams to optimize product designs for improved production efficiency and quality.
4. Understanding of quality management systems and standards to ensure product compliance with specifications.
5. Implementation of quality assurance procedures to monitor manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
6. Capability to perform PCBA failure analysis and identify root causes.
7. Yield improvement and top hitters analysis and problem-solving abilities.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1: Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
2: Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes, including PCBA SMT process and backend assembly process, etc.
3: Involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, including DFM and DFT.
4: Work with RD/Customer teams to optimize product designs for improved production efficiency and quality.
5: Understanding of quality management systems and standards to ensure product compliance with specifications.
6: Implementation of quality assurance procedures to monitor manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
7: Capability to perform PCBA failure analysis and identify root causes.
8: Yield improvement and top hitters analysis and problem-solving abilities.
9: Experience in project management, including planning and tracking project progress.
10: English language proficiency, can normal communication with talking and write report/email.
11: Effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers.
12: Relevant work experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or related fields above 5 years (G3 engineer). above 8 years (G4 section manager)
