JOB DETAIL

・Place purchase orders to factories (Thailand/China) and track order status
・Scheduling Item's delivery to suppliers. And manage relevant parties to ensure that deliver on time to customers.
・Record relevant information in the company's system
・Contact and coordinate with relevant internal and external agencies
・Other Tasks as assigned by Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・Bachelor's degree in any field, Age up to 32 years old
・At least 1 year working experience
・Chinese Intermediate level (HSK 3 or above)

■Better to Have
・Familiar with Microsoft Office products (especially Excel, and Outlook)
・Familiar with Oracle software (Netsuite)
・Have knowledge of Import/Export
・Ever work as Purchase staff
・Ever work as Coordinator at manufacturing companies or trading companies
