REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Experience Requirement: Candidates must have a strong background in SMT engineering, preferably in the storage industry.
2. Expertise in SMT Automation: Must be knowledgeable in advanced SMT automation technologies.
3. Knowledge of IPC-CFX: Proficiency in IPC-CFX for connected factory exchange.
4. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.
5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
6. Educational Qualifications: Preferably a degree in Electronics Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
8. Proven Track Record: Evidence of success in similar roles, backed by quantifiable improvements in previous positions
