• Develop policies and work plans in alignment with company policies.
• Oversee production to ensure it adheres to the production plan efficiently and meets KPI targets.
• Control production costs to align with and meet KPI targets.
• Ensure employees adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Oversee workplace safety, hygiene, and employee working conditions.
• Develop and improve production processes, methods, and machinery.
• Coordinate procurement of tools and machinery.
• Liaise with different departments.
• Manage and safeguard company assets.
• Evaluate employee performance.
• Prepare and review monthly production reports.
• Participate in and conduct meetings with relevant parties to summarize departmental performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, aged 40 years and above.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
• Basic knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF16949 quality systems.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team with good communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer programs.
• Committed, confident, decisive, meticulous, and action-oriented.
• Understanding of Japanese culture.
