JOB DETAIL
- Coordinating Externally such as Social Insurance, Thai Labor Law, VISA and Work Permit Agency, The Revenue Department, etc.
- Able to do Quarterly and Yearly Report to Related Government Office such as Department of Skill Development, Social Security etc.
- Organizing Training Sessions for New Hires and Refresher Training for Existing Team Members, Arrange Training and Record Training in Computer System
- Responsible for Recruitment, Hiring, Orientation Process. Prepare and Maintain Employee Records, Including Payroll, Time Attendance, Benefits, and Compensation
- To Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of all Employees
- Filing Documents
- Processing Various Administrative Tasks and Accurately Completing and Processing Paperwork
- Other Assignment Assigned by Superior
- ISO 9001 and ISO14000
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Female (Preferred) age between 30-35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree Major Human Resource, Legal or other related
- Working Experience in Human Resource field at least 5 years
- Good knowledge of Labour Protection Law and Labour Relation Law
- Able to make good relationship with government office and neighbor office
- Accountabilities and Responsibilities, Teamwork, Leadership skill, Service mind, Proactive, Fast learning, Fast move, Enthusiasm, Good human relationship and pleasant personality
- Flexibility and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
- Computer literacy with MS-Office : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and Tiger Soft Program
- Good communication and correspondence both Thai and English, Japanese is preferable
- TOEIC score 500 up
