This job is to deal with non-performing loan (NPL) , and leading a team by executing the tasks below:
・Source potential non-performing loan (NPL) investment deals
・Perform due diligence and pricing on potential NPL investment deals
・Execute closing on NPL investment deals
・Create asset management plan for NPL investment deals
・Execute the asset management plan including exit from NPL investment deals (collecting debt)
・Monitor asset management plan including BOT reporting
・Maximize profit from NPL investment deals.
・Conduct other related works as instructed by the Company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Any gender age 28-35 years old
・Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as law, finance, accounting, economics, etc.
・English at lower intermediate level or higher
・5 years or more of experience in AMC business, or NPL business in bank.
・Must have knowledge in law, related to NPL business, finance and investment
・Logical thinking
・Legal mind
・Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
