JOB DETAIL

• Lead a team of Finance & Accounting to perform all financial accounting tasks and ensure quality of financial and strategic information and insights to support top management’s decision to reach organization goal.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that drive the company’s success in a highly competitive and evolving market.
• Responsible for corporate finance, accounting management and financial analysis to provide financial planning and management report.
• Provide advice and insights related to finance and investment strategies, expansion plans, M&A, Risk Management to ensure continuous growth of the organization.
• Review financial risks, analyze impacts and propose ways to minimize the risks with recommendation to management.
• Deal with internal and external parties such as Revenue Departments, Banks, Financial Institutions, Audit Firm.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Over 10 years of managerial Finance and Accounting with minimum of 5years solid experience as Finance Director, Head of Finance/Accounting, or CFO role.
• Good command in English Level
• Have a strong leadership skill with self-driven leading to the mutual and collaborative goals
• Experience within similar industry or Sales, Retail, Construction, Energy, Petroleum would be preferable or related fields.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, systematic thinking, mathematically competent, detail oriented, trustworthy, initiative and possess growth mindset.
• CPA license with experience in a public company is advantageous.
• If Holding CPD is a plus.
