JOB DETAIL

- Plan, supervise, and control procurement activities both domestically and internationally
- Coordinate, oversee, and manage warehouse operations and product delivery logistics
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations when applying for product licenses
- Cooperate with Sales about the client's order and understand the requirements for the sourcing process
- Contacts, selects and negotiates with vendors to help ensure high-quality levels, supply assurance, and competitive rate
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
- Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
- Support Sales for the product knowledge and the scope of products
- Sourcing new products

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, Age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Biochemical, Science, or related.
- At least 5 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing of Chemical raw materials, or other related products
- Knowledge of import law, chemical products transportation, storage safety
- Experience in coordinating with the customs officer
- Intermediate command of English
