• Gather requirements, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize important needs to improve operational processes/business.
• Take responsibility for and prepare Test Case/Test Script for UAT testing, along with monitoring and evaluating project outcomes after system implementation.
• Prepare and summarize SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and BRD (Business Requirements Document) until the sign-off process.
• Prepare workflow processes, project documents, and procedures as specified.
• Design Prototype, UX/UI.
• Manage the project within agreed budget and timeframe, along with aligning project objectives with stakeholders.
• Update project progress regularly, including key issues, for relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate and follow up with stakeholders on various project issues.
• Contribute to planning, project cost estimation, considering benefits gained from the project.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor degree or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering , Business and any related fields
· Male or female /Min. 3-5 years of experience in BA / PMO
· Knowledge and experience in Kaizen, BPI , Lean, Six Sigma is preferred
· Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated skill in influence, conflict resolution and negotiation
· Excellent in MS Excel and Power Point
· Intermediate Level of English.
