【Main Duty】
Will be stationed at the client's（R&D Lab） site and will be responsible for handling exports and imports, preparing export documentation for group companies, arranging for shipping, and coordinating packing for the group companies.

【Job Description】
- Providing logistical support in the research laboratory of our key customer, an R&D company.
- Communicating and reporting information obtained in the laboratory to Japanese supervisors.
- Collaborating with a team of two staff members to carry out tasks.
- Responding to requests from the consignor.
- Instructing the responsible department at the Ayutthaya branch.
- Preparing export documents.
- Instructing on ship arrangements.
- Instructing on packing arrangements.
- Maintaining communication and relationships with key customers.
- Proposing improvements and streamlining logistics processes.
- Other Tasks

Report to Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree or High school graduate
・Female Only
・Age between 25 - 38 years old
・More than 3 years of experience in logistics-related work.
・More than 3 years of experience in Import/Export work experience
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese （No need JLPT）
・Intermediate Level of English
