• Manage and coordinate with involved people to have sufficient workforce to ensure the smooth running of production, packing and shipment delivery.
• Analyze daily output production, packing, packaging delivery, shipment delivery and quality feedback, report from QA and QC department to make sure all flow well and in time and meet company goal.
• Plan, implement and manage down line schedule and preventive maintenance programs, packing output VS shipment and coordinate with maintenance personnel to maximize resources utilization.
• Ensures strategic and operational information, reports and metrics are available to share with others in the business as and when required.
• Takes ownership of production planning and reviewing the plan.
• Manages inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place including to seek and recommend solutions.
• Works closely with Engineering department for planning in chain links repairing as well as to ensure the PM plan will not affect the goods received date.
• Responsible for packaging issuing, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders.
• Requires ability to understand as customer requirement documents and work closely with member of the involved people team.
• Ensure that quality level for incoming, in-process and outgoing meets company’s goal and objectives and also of the ISO standard and other standard as requirement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 30 – 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Project manager and production, preferably in the Food industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
