• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender (age between 30-40 years old)
• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the café or restaurant management would be an advantage
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of diverse professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
