JOB DETAIL

• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate policies
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports to provide strategic insights to management
• Manage and develop a team of accountants, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance
• Implement and maintain efficient accounting processes and systems, such as ERP software, to improve the overall accounting function
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements to enhance the company's financial performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender ( age between 35-45 years old)
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial standards, tax laws, and accounting principles
• Have CPD or CPA is advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry or a similar service-oriented business would be an advantage
