JOB DETAIL

・Receive/purchase the order and control import process.
・Control inventory and delivery date.
・Receive demand forecasts from the sales team and assess inventory levels to plan production.
・Coordinate with manufacturers both domestically and internationally to plan production.
・Coordinate with freight forwarders, book shipments, and create CIF invoices to ensure smooth import product deliveries to warehouses according to plan, without any quantity or quality issues.
・Prepare reports summarizing production plans and inventory.
・Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Female only
・Obtain Bachelor's degree in logistics or any related.
・Welcome newgrad but prefer who has experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or import will be advantage.
・English intermediate level up. IF TOEIC 600 will be advantage
・MS Office (Power point, Excel), Math or analytical skills , MS Excel knowledge (Sum, If, Pivot, V lookup ) can be advantage.
