JOB DETAIL
-You will be assigned as Customer Service staff
-Currently has 8 members in the team
-Responding to inquiries from Japanese customers received by Japanese sales staff. (Example of inquiry: "Leakage of water supply, request for repair of condominium rooms)
-You will be working at office and you will not need to directly communicate with customers but you may contact with owners of condominium/house (Mainly Thai owners)
-This position is shift-work, 2 days off per week
