• Manage and coordinate logistics operations, including shipping, transportation, and distribution.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing logistics and supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping and transportation in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female, age 35-42 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in shipping and transportation with shipping lines.
• Import- export experience
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Intermediate level of English
