【Job Description】
1. Domestic sales processing
a. Updating delivery date with the customer.
b. Monitoring delivery date of each customer.
c. Issue Invoice/ Billing note/Receipt note and Delivery note.
d. Sending all original document to the customer (Invoice, Billing note and Receipt note).
2. Receiving the Purchase order from the customer and confirmation date of delivery back.
3. Releasing the Purchase order to each supplier.
4. Recording and following delivery date after get confirmation with supplier.
5. Follow up shipment domestics with Supplier by smoothly.
6. Request supplier to issue us a quotation with discussing about product specifications.
7. Visiting to suppliers.
8. Mutching of Invoice IN & Invoice OUT including of monthly report.
9. All duty job assigns from Supervisor (if any).

Support Taks
1. Issue the quotation to the customer.
2. Visiting regular customer.
3. Sourcing for potential suppliers
4. Cost saving management
5. Support to Sales team. (If any)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor Degree （GPA 3.2 up）
・More than 1 years of purchase work experience
・Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 700)
・No Job Hopper

【Advantage】
・Can speak Japanese
・Work experience at a Japanese company
・Experience working in a trading company
・Experience working with Package Material
