1) Management of maintenance job and assign work order for all maintainer to be produced according to production plans
2) Developing company policies for all maintenance work.
3) Improve productivity and quality up.
4) Planning and carry out the maintainer skill up.
5) Management of budgets.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1) Male, age over 35 years old.
2) Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer or electronic engineer.
3) Have experience at least 5 years about maintenance management for semiconductor manufacturing.
4) Have knowledge about Ics packaging at Dicing, die bond and wire bonding process.
5) Experienced in machine maintenance for Dicing, Die bonding and Wire bonding machine.
6) Experienced in defects analysis and quality improvement.
7) Knowledge in TS 16949 and Environmental management system.
