JOB DETAIL

1.) Working with the Airbus Flight Operations Support & Training Standards (STL) department to update flight operations manuals (e.g., FCOM, QRH, FCTM, AFM, MMEL, CCOM, WBM).
2.) Coordinating the writing of flight operations manuals according to the operational standards defined by STL.
3.) Updating flight operations manuals based on aircraft specifications, customer feedback, and relevant authorities/agencies.
4.) Ensure that all flight operations concerns and needs raised by the customers are well-assessed
and addressed within the defined time scale
5.) Manage aircraft configuration to ensure coverage of individual aircraft definitions in relevant flight operations manuals

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.) Bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering
2.) Aviation/Aeronautica/ aircraft systems knowledge
3.) 2 to 5 years of experience in airline operations, equivalent, Aircraft Systems Engineer or Avionics
4.) Advanced level of communication skills in English: TOEIC min 700 or IELTS min 7.0
5.) Study/Knowledge of IT tools particularly in the authoring of structured documentation in XML
6.) Familiar with an international and multifunctional environment
7.) Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
8.) Team player, customer service mindset
