- Manages all work activities in the distribution center including warehouse, logistic, centralize kitchen, sales and office to meet customer requirement
- Responsible warehouse, logistics and production department to manage 50 subordinates and controlled all efficiency.
- Plan and control the transportation and deliver product on time and control quality inspect.
- Planning Manpower control.
- Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and cold storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes.
- Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
- Project Management for control system in cold storage warehouse base on GHP & ISO22000.
- Coordinate with various related department
- Other tasks as assigned by CEO.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor Degree or higher in logistics management or related field.
At lease 7 years in management level
Minimum 10 years of experience in food business or food manufacturing field
Good command in Microsoft office (especially Microsoft Excel and Words)
have SAP knowledge would be a plus
have GHP and ISO 22000 knowledge would be a plus
