Position: International Procurement
Department: Procurement Center
Senior Staff Level
Coordinate with Thai & Japanese person in charge of each departments.

Main Responsibility: Manage supplier, plan strategic procurement, manage cost, handle sourcing & cost down activity including governance, compliance and contract review.

1. Identify/Source and evaluate potential suppliers. (Both domestic & oversea i.e. India).
2. Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms & conditions with suppliers to achieve target agreement and cost down.
3. Improve procurement efficiency through supplier development and evaluation.
4. Establish relationship with group company procurement team, engineer teams, Japan's Procurement team and sales team.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationship with suppliers and ensure reliable supply chain.
6. Ensure contracts comply with company's policies and legal requirements.
7. Conduct market research and other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between *28-32 years old.
2. *Bachelor's degree in engineering related field.
3. At least 5 years of work experience in *strategic procurement from electrinics parts or automotive parts manufacturing company
4. Must have 'Raw Material Purchasing/Sourcing' experience.
5. If have knowledge about Plant Procurement, NPI, Logistics, Duty Privilege, Project Management, SCM is a plus.
6. Intermediate level of English. *As able to communicate with oversea suppliers (Indian, etc.) (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
7. Able to travel upcountry/overseas business trip upon request for suppliers visiting purpose. (Occationally) *Able to use personal car (Travel allowance will be provided, fixed per month) or able to use company's transportation.
