Position Tittle : Claims Service Assistant
Department : CSA p - Claim, Property & Casualty - Claim
Report to: Director Operations & Corporate Development

- Acknowledge Claims on property and casualty
- To identify, develop and implement and have new knowledge & solution to deal with new area of Insurance Brokerag products to after risk service existing & prevent and new clients whether it is new product or revisited one
- To identify, deal and negotiate with appropriate Business Partner(s) for the best Insurance Package/Program
- To arrange end-to-end Insurance Claim setting processes, follow-up, and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients
- Coordinate closely with sales and customers. as well as nearby agencies to manage risks Damage claims and others to meet the standards of the claim department's services.
- Negotitate settlements with insures and adjusters
- Build and maintain good client relations
- Co-operate with other internal departments to support overall operations
- Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Preferred Male, age not over 37 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field
- 2-3 years experience in Insurance Broker, Insurer or related industry
- Have background in Corporate non-life Insurance Products from an Insurance Broker
- Good experience in AE, Client Services, Business Development in insurance product
- knowledge and skill in Insurance Products such as Property, Casualty, IAR, Liability, Motor etc.
- Preferred experience in managerial task and directly duties on P&C is advantage
- Good communication skill in Business English is a *must*
- Excellent system and PC skills and company based programmed as computer proficiency
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
