Management and Planning of Departmental Operations
• Receive directives from executive management and take action to achieve objectives.
• Establish policies, work plans, and management strategies for the department in line with company policies.
• Develop departmental budget plans and consider approval of internal budget utilization as delegated.
• Assign tasks, including problem-solving, and provide recommendations for improving responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, consultations, provide management guidance, and report on operational management results.
• Review and approve the development of work procedures, work processes, and work manuals to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
Supervision of Paint Mill Operations
• 2.1 Supervise production and maintenance operations of the paint mill process to ensure efficient operations.
• 2.2 Participate in joint meetings with relevant units to plan production operations.
• 2.3 Manage necessary resources for production processes and maintenance to ensure adequate and continuous operation.
• 2.4 Approve production plans to align with sales and delivery schedules.
• 2.5 Monitor and provide advice/guidance for improving/developing production plans.
• 2.6 Review and analyze summary reports of production planning results to determine process development directions.
• 2.7 Consider approving related procurement requests for operations.
• 2.8 Review and ensure compliance with relevant laws within the scope of responsibilities.
General Management of Departmental Operations
• 3.1 Control the team to comply with company rules and regulations, including providing advice to team members on relevant rules and regulations.
• 3.2 Support quality system operations conducted by the company, such as ISO, GHPs, HACCP, etc., to comply with the requirements of each system.
• 3.3 Set goals and supervise the work of employees in the team to achieve the set goals.
• 3.4 Evaluate the performance of employees within the department.
• 3.5 Manage personnel and assign responsibilities for departmental work in collaboration with the HR department.
• 3.6 Develop individual employee development plans, implement plans, and monitor employee development results.
• 3.7 Carry out safety-related work responsibilities as a position holder in the safety committee.
• 3.8 Participate in company activities as assigned.
• 3.9 Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male only, age 40-50 years up
• Bachelor's degree in related field or engineer would be advantage.
• Experience in Production department for 5-10 years

• Intermediate level English
