JOB DETAIL

1. Plan and carry out the accounting process to obtain accurate and efficient financial information.
2. Control and coordinate the preparation and inspection of monthly and annual financial statements.
3. Supervise the efficiency of the accounting system and recommend corrections or improvements as appropriate.
4. Assist in preparing accounting documents for internal and external audits.
5.Manage the accounting department team and provide advice on developing employees' skills and experiences.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female or male, age 28-35 years.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting field
3. At least 5-7 years of experience working in related positions.
4. Knowledge and in-depth understanding of accounting and financial principles.
5. Skills in analyzing data and creating effective financial reports.
6. Skills in leading and managing teams to be effective.
