- Oversee the sale of retail products in all distribution channels.
- Plan sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including overseeing trade marketing with merchants and coordinating with marketing teams.
- Establishment, supervision, training, knowledge, professional management of sales and distributor teams to achieve goals.
- Conduct Business Review with key suppliers and distributors.
Services, partners, merchants to help build relationships, analyze growth opportunities, and solve problems quickly.
- Report summary: Monitor market situation, analyze sales data for analysis.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration Marketing or other related
- More than 5 years of experiences working at the sales team management level.
- Have knowledge and ability in sales work and be able to analyze market data to increase sales opportunities.
- Good sales, team management and negotiation skills
